Granville, Ohio

Visited the Homestead at Denison University -- a great group of Denison students at the edge of some fields/woods.  We learned "Beer Saw" -- a drinking game locally grown in Akron, Ohio.  The basic idea is that there are 2 see-saws (we were told it was invented while drinking on a playground) with 5-gallon buckets attached to the pivot point/fulcrum.  One person stands at each end of the saw (beer in hand) and attempts to balance the saw with their partner.  After the beer is consumed, competitors crush the can and try to sink it into the OTHER team's bucket.  Good fun.

all in all, the Homies were wonderful hosts and we would like to return.

  1. I can see already this trip has a lot of promise for us all. Very polished, professional format - everyone appreciates an illustrated narrative, looks like this one will be very juicy and entertaining. Can't wait to see the next stop.
